AFGHANI CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS


  • Chicken breast ½ kg
  • Garlic cloves 5 (ground)
  • Curd 2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinate together very well in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for ten minutes on each side or till it cooked well.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala, lemon juice and serve hot.
