AFGHANI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast ½ kg
- Garlic cloves 5 (ground)
- Curd 2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients of the marinate together very well in a bowl.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for ten minutes on each side or till it cooked well.
- Sprinkle chat masala, lemon juice and serve hot.
